--> click 'Tools' (look at the menu right at the top of the page)

--> click 'Internet Options'

--> click 'Delete Cookies'

--> click 'OK'

Start Internet explorer

--> click 'Tools' (look at the menu right at the top of the page)

--> click 'Internet Options'

--> click 'Delete Files'

--> click the small box to delete all offline content

--> click 'OK'
