This error is seen after a Microsoft Office installation or Upgrade
but also
Sometimes when other software is installed

Copy the ConnAPI.DLL file from c:\program files\pc connectivity\
to
folder c:\Windows\System32\

Restart your computer

It is usually related to Mobile Phone connectivity, especially Nokia
