After many hours trying to work this out I found the link that has instructions which work

It's worth pesevering with these instructions even though they are advanced.

Brief overview and tips below:-

I Followed the instructions exactly, and ran the winnt32.exe command in the cmd prompt

KEY IS REQUIRED AT THIS POINT

Then shutdown BartPE and restarted

Computer goes into Windows setup and installs windows    IP
