Camera Problem Android Phone

When you start your Camera or Camcorder App it briefly displays a black screen then returns to the main screen, sometimes you do not even see the balck screen as it happens so fast

1. Connect your phone to yor computer
2. Copy all pictures and videos to the computer
3. Delete the pictures and vides from the phone
4. Now start the camera or camcorder app and it works fine
