Compatible DVD decoder not installed

When you start up Windows Media Player or other DVD Player you get the message
"Cannot play DVD as a compatible DVD decoder is not installed"

To fix this problem download dscaler.exe by clicking here then click run to install.

The dscaler DVD player is also installed, if you do not want this to be used then just uncheck the box when add program icon to start menu is displayed and also the add to desktop options during installation.     IP
