How to back up Address Book Mac OS | iMac

When upgrading your Mac OS System you need to save your contacts as VCards

1. Open your Address Book
2. Click Edit --> Select All
3. Press the Apple Key and hold
4. Drag the contacts into a folder or your desktop

Copy the folder to your new system and do the opposite
1. Open the folder containing the VCard Files
2. Open the New Address Book
3. Select All VCard files
4. Drag to the new Address Book
