Uninstall Office 2016 using the Microsoft Fix tool

1. Control Panel
2. Add/Remove Programs or Programs
3. Click on Office 2016
4. Click Remove or Uninstall
5. Wait for it to be removed

Next go to your Outlook.com account" https://office.com/myaccount

In subscriptions near install select "Language and Install Options"

Click "Additional Install Options"

Now in the drop down at the bottom select your required version of Office 2013 (32-bit) or (64-bit)


To stop Office 2016 Upgrade

Using REGEDIT go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office\15.0\common\officeupdate

Create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value, called enableautomaticupgrade
set data to 0.
