How to insert page number Excel

Excel 2000-2003

Go to the start of your Spreadsheet

Click "View" (menu bar at the top of the page) --> Click "Header and Footer"

Click "Custom Footer"

Click where you want to insert the page number

Type the required text before the page number e.g "Page "

Now click the # button (other buttons displayed allow you to enter, date, time, total pages, file links, pictures etc.)

Click "OK"

Click "OK"
