I need to sync my email and calendar from Outlook with Outlook.com or Hotmail account

How can I sync my calendar with Outlook and Hotmail, Outlook.com?

ANSWER:

To sync with Outlook on your computer you need to connect via USB and use iTunes, as Windows doesn"t support Wireless Sync

or

To sync Email and Calendar with Outlook.com

1. Setup a Hotmail account on the iPhone and use your Outlook.com settings
2. In Outlook on your computer install HOTMAIL CONNECTOR
