Import nk2 file from Outlook 2003 or 2007 in Outlook 2010 How to Import nk2 file from Outlook 2003 or 2007 in Outlook 2010 Outlook 2010 does not use an NK2 file for autoccomplete when sending new emails To import the old style NK2 file in Outlook 2010 do the following:- 1. make sure your .NK2 file is the same name as the outlook pst file e.g" outlook.nk2 and outlook.pst or james.pst and james.nk2 If not rename the file name of the nk2 file to match 2. Copy the nk2 file to %userprofile%/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook/ in Windows XP or %userprofile%/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Outlook/ for Windows Vista and Windows 7 3. Click Start --> Run --> outlook.exe /importnk2 the file is renamed to outlook.nk2.old on completion 4. Open a new email and type one character in the TO: field you should see suggested email addresses appear in the drop down IP | ||||
