You can send messages to a landline, but this can be most annoying to the receiver, as the phone can ring at any time to deliver the message.

You can control the times the message is received on your land line telephone by calling

0800 5875252 - BT SMS options line

Options:-
1 - to change times

1 - 9am to 9pm
2 - 11pm to 6am
3.- Midnight to 6am
4 - Switch Off

If you want to listen to or control old text messages dial

0845 6021111 - BT SMS Text    IP
