Microsoft Outlook 2003 opens word email attachment to open in the two page view

This is called reading layout

Why did they change the default? All my users agree it is very annoying

Solution:

Open word --> click Tools --> Options (right at the bottom)

In the General Tab --> Uncheck the box - Allow starting in reading layout

Close word
