Try the following solution:-

In Microsoft Outlook you get the error:-

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

But other users in the same company can send to the email address successfully

SOLUTION

1. Open the email you tried to send
2. Double click on the Recipients name (email address you are trying to send an email)
3. You may see a box similar to this :-



4. Click on the Internet Type button
You should see a box similar to this :-



5. Click OK
6. now try resending the email

Somehow the contact information had become corrupt


SEND EMAILS TO CONTACT AS PLAIN TEXT

If you still have problems try clicking drop down next to Internet Format and select "Send Plain Text Only"
Click OK
