Preparing to Install

Each time you start a Microsoft Program, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint or Access the message "Preparing to install" is displayed.

This happens all the time when more than one version of Office has been installed.

Check in Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs and remove any older versions of Microsoft Office
