Do you have a printer problem?

99% of Printer problems can be resolved using the following:-

1. Turn Off the Printer and unplug the USB cable
2. Click Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Printers and Faxes
or

3. Double click on the required Printer, this displays the Queue
4. Right Click on the first Document Queued and select Cancel All Documents
5. Wait until All Documents are deleted and close the Queue Window
6. Restart the Printer
7. Plug in the USB cable, try and put it in the same USB socket on the computer as before, otherwise it may need re-installation
8. Check the Printers and Faxes, the Icon should have a small Ready below,
if so it is now ready to print
