Problems printing word document in Word 2007 2010

If you are sent a document from another user via Email, CD or Memory Stick it is possible it will not print due to incorrect paper source settings.

To resolve this problem:-

1. Open the Document
2. Click Page Layout
3. Now Click little Arrow near a small square next to Page Setup
4. Click Paper
5. Click Default Tray (Automatically Select)
6. Click OK
7. Now try Printing again

If you are still having errors, check all the other printer settings
e.g. make sure Paper Size is set to A4, not Letter, Labels,or A3
