Please note this method can only be used with Microsoft Outlook 2003 and above.

It cannot be used with Outlook Express


1. Download and Install Outlook Connector from the Microsoft Website
2. Add a new Email Acount using a new option "Outlook Connector Account"
3. Shutdown and restart Outlook
