Make sure all firewalls are switched off

Click Start --> Local Security Policy --> Security Options (on left)

(on right) Double Click on Network Security : LAN Manager authentication Level

Set to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"

Click OK
