When you click on a link or email to open a new window it displays behind the current window

Looks like this may be a bug in Windows 7, Windows XP, Office 2010 and Philips SmartControl Software

FIX1

Right Click on a blank area of the Taskbar (usually at the bottom of your Screen)
Click Properties

Under "Taskbar buttons" change selection to "Combine when taskbar is full"

Use Regedit to go to key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
check value of DWORD ‘ForegroundLockTimeout"

Set it to Zero and restart your computer
